Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans & Access

Pulselio: AI Health Trackr offers premium auto-renewable subscription plans ("Pulselio Premium" / "VIP Membership") that unlock full access to advanced features, including:

• Unlimited real-time AI optical face scanning (Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, HRV, Stress Level, Heart Effort, Skin Age).
• Detailed long-term body metrics tracking and trend analysis (BMI, BSI, WtHR).
• Advanced AI health risk summaries and personalized daily wellness tips powered by Gemini AI.
• 100% Ad-Free experience (removes all interstitial, banner, and rewarded ads).

Subscription options include weekly, monthly, and annual billing cycles. Exact pricing and trial durations are displayed transparently on the in-app purchase paywall before you confirm your purchase.

2. Free Trial & Introductory Offers

• Trial Period: If offered a free trial, you will enjoy full access to all Premium features at zero cost for the specified trial duration (e.g., 3-day or 7-day free trial).
• Automatic Conversion: Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid, recurring auto-renewable subscription at the standard rate indicated on the purchase screen.
• Forfeiture of Unused Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. Payment & Auto-Renewal Policy (Apple App Store & Google Play)

• Billing Account: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price and frequency originally selected (or as otherwise notified in compliance with platform rules).
• Price Changes: In the event of a future price change, you will receive advance notice from Apple or Google, and your consent will be requested in accordance with platform policies.

4. How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time via your operating system account settings. Uninstalling or deleting the App does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.

For iOS Users (Apple App Store):

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Pulselio: AI Health Trackr.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.

For Android Users (Google Play Store):

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select Pulselio: AI Health Trackr.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Refunds & Grace Periods

• Refund Policy: All purchase transactions and refunds are governed and processed directly by the respective app stores (Apple Support or Google Play Support). We do not have direct access to your payment card details or store purchase credentials.
• Access Upon Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to Pulselio Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
