By downloading, installing, or using Pulselio: AI Health Trackr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• The App is designed solely for fitness and lifestyle reference. It is not an FDA/CE-certified medical device.
• The App does NOT scan or assess Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, or Blood Oxygen.
• Users must consult certified healthcare providers before making health decisions.

3. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer the scanning algorithms, use the App to scan individuals without affirmative consent, or misuse the AI services.

4. Intellectual Property

All UI designs, logos, software codes, and algorithms belong exclusively to the developers of Pulselio.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for any direct or indirect health decisions or damages resulting from reliance on the estimations.
